A Chicago operator, not a middleman.
Windy City Property Partners Inc. is a Chicago real estate investment and property management firm. We own, repair and run what we buy.

How we work
We start with the numbers. Before any bid, a property gets a full valuation: what it will be worth repaired, what the repairs cost, and the most we can pay. We do not skip a property because the balance owed looks high, because the opening bid is often set below it.
Then we do the work. Our principal, Mickey Elahi, is an insured general contractor, so scopes and budgets come from someone who builds. After repairs, we operate the building ourselves.
The same approach covers a single flip, a multifamily building or a receivership that a court has handed us.

An office in the Chicago Temple Building
Windy City Property Partners is based at 77 W. Washington, the Chicago Temple Building. Dedicated in 1924 and designed by Holabird & Roche, it rises 568 feet over 23 stories, and its Gothic spire is one of the most recognizable sights in the Loop.
The building is home to First United Methodist Church of Chicago, a congregation older than the city itself, with its Sky Chapel 400 feet above the street. Most of the other floors are leased to businesses like ours.
The location also works for what we do. We are across the street from the Daley Center, home of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
